Train Railroad Accidents. Train accidents can cause life-threatening physical injuries and trauma that can include financial damage to victims of negligent drivers. Injured victims must deal with large and unforeseeable medical expenses, loss of wages, pain, suffering and loss of quality of life. Family members also can suffer economic loss, mental anguish and loss of companionship in caring for an injured family member.
Many train accidents occur due to negligence on the part of one of others involved. When a train accident is caused by another party’s negligence you are entitled compensation for medical expenses, pain and suffering as well as other damages.
Truck Accidents. Illinois is a major hub for semi truck transportation. Whether it is driving through town or taking a road trip, we pass and drive by semi trucks every day.
Getting injured in a collision with an 18-wheeler is a traumatic experience. Injuries from semi truck accidents can be much more serious than those from passenger cars. If you’ve been injured, it’s important to know how to prepare your personal injury insurance claim and we can help you with that.
